1bet Terms and Conditions – Full Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 1bet platform — including the website at 1bet-bangla.com, any mobile-optimised version thereof, or any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 1bet.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the 1bet platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The 1bet platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 1bet strictly enforces this requirement. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You are accessing 1bet from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or agent of 1bet, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 1bet or had an account permanently closed by 1bet for misconduct.

1bet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible person may hold one account only on 1bet. Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of collecting multiple bonuses, evading restrictions or any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, email address and active Pakistani mobile number. You agree to update this information if it changes.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

1bet may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Common triggers for KYC requests include:

• Cumulative withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000
• First withdrawal request from a new account
• Changes to account details
• Suspicious activity flags by the fraud detection system

Accounts under KYC review may have withdrawals temporarily paused until verification is complete. Deposits and gameplay are typically unaffected during this period.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1bet login credentials. Your password must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. 1bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) — available via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number.
• Log out from shared or public devices after every session.
• Notify 1bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

1bet cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security, including losses caused by sharing credentials with third parties or failing to report suspected breaches promptly.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1bet are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1bet does not apply currency conversion fees. The following methods are supported:

• Easypaisa — instant deposits and withdrawals
• JazzCash — instant deposits and withdrawals
• NayaPay / SadaPay — digital wallet transfers
• IBFT Bank Transfer — all major Pakistani banks
• Visa / Mastercard (issued by Pakistani banks)

5.1 Deposit Policy

Minimum deposit is Rs 200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are credited to your 1bet balance immediately upon processing confirmation. 1bet does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the qualifying deposit (same-source rule). This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take up to six hours depending on the receiving bank.

1bet may request additional verification before processing withdrawals above Rs 100,000 within any rolling seven-day period.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets on 1bet, including Cricket Betting, football and all other sports categories:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Do not place duplicate bets if a confirmation is delayed — contact support first.
• Erroneous odds: 1bet reserves the right to void any bet where odds were displayed due to a technical error, manifest pricing error or data feed failure. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.
• In-play bets: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay for confirmation. Bets placed after the relevant event (e.g., a wicket, goal or boundary) but before the market updates may be voided at 1bet's discretion.
• Match abandonment: If a match is abandoned before the minimum overs/time required for a result (per sport-specific rules), all bets are voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been officially declared.
• Maximum payout: The maximum single-bet payout on 1bet is Rs 2,000,000 per market per day. Bets with potential returns above this limit may be reduced or declined.

Cricket-specific rules, including DLS method application, super overs and series results, are governed by the current ICC playing conditions. 1bet's cricket trading team applies these rules as officially defined.

7 Live Casino Rules

All live casino games on 1bet are hosted by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi. By participating in live casino games, you agree to be bound by both these Terms and the individual game provider's rules, which are accessible within each game.

• Live game results are final. Technical issues on the player's side (internet disconnection, device failure) do not entitle the player to a refund of bets placed before the disconnection.
• In the event of a verified technical failure on 1bet's or the provider's side that prevents a game round from completing, the round will be voided and all bets returned.
• Chat functions within live casino games must be used respectfully. Abusive, threatening or inappropriate messages may result in chat privileges being suspended and, in serious cases, account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits per table are displayed before joining. These limits may be adjusted by 1bet without prior notice.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All 1bet promotions — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback and VIP rewards — are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed on the Promotions page.

• One bonus at a time: Only one promotional bonus may be active in a player account simultaneously. The weekly cashback runs independently and is not considered an active bonus.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before becoming withdrawable. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30× the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period or the bonus is forfeited.
• Game weighting: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat) typically contribute 10–20%. Teen Patti and Andar Bahar typically contribute 25%. Sports bets contribute 100% on selections with odds of 1.50 or higher. Specific weightings are listed on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonus validity: Welcome bonus — 30 days. Reload bonuses — 14 days. Free bets — 7 days. Cashback — 7 days from credit date.
• Bonus abuse: 1bet monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse including low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting across markets, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses removed and may be restricted to real-money play only.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1bet and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening more than one account (whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf)
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information
• Using a VPN, proxy server or any other technology to mask your geographic location
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the 1bet platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of sports integrity violation
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multi-player game
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or otherwise interfere with the 1bet platform
• Money laundering or using 1bet as a financial vehicle for any illegal purpose
• Facilitating access to the platform by persons under the age of 18

1bet cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity. Where legally required, 1bet will disclose account information and transaction history to competent authorities.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of 1bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish or sell any of the proprietary information or materials contained on or accessible through the 1bet platform without the prior written consent of 1bet.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

1bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key privacy commitments:

• Your personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment details are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant channels and are not stored in plain text.
• You may request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account by contacting 1bet support.
• KYC documents are retained for the minimum period required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.

12 Responsible Gaming Obligations

1bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All tools described below are available from your account dashboard at any time, with immediate effect:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session time limits: Set maximum session durations after which you are automatically logged out.
• Loss limits: Set maximum net loss amounts over defined periods.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

1bet also participates in multi-operator self-exclusion schemes. If you self-exclude from 1bet you may contact support to request that your exclusion is extended to other platforms within the 1bet group. 1bet will enforce responsible gaming restrictions without requiring justification — any player may activate them at any time.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from:

• Technical failures, network outages or service interruptions beyond 1bet's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Any decision you make based on information, odds or statistics displayed on the 1bet platform
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors or Pakistani banking system issues

1bet's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

1bet may suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms and Conditions have been violated
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or money-laundering purposes
• The player is under 18 years of age
• The account is operated by a self-excluded individual
• The account shows signs of problem gambling and the player has not responded to responsible gaming outreach

Where an account is closed due to a rule violation, all balances (including real money, bonus funds and pending withdrawals) may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-disciplinary reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason may do so by contacting 1bet support. Voluntary closures are processed within 24 hours.

15 Amendments to These Terms

1bet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1bet will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page with the "Last Updated" date clearly displayed. Your continued use of the 1bet platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable regulations under which 1bet operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 1bet platform shall first be submitted to 1bet's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a dispute, contact 1bet support with full details of your complaint including your account reference, the nature of the dispute, the amounts involved and any relevant transaction IDs. 1bet will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

If you are not satisfied with 1bet's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing or regulatory authority. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available from 1bet support upon request.
